The NHS Continuing Healthcare scandal is having a hugely damaging impact of the live of thousands of vulnerable people and their families. The financial and emotional impact is devastating and unlawful. We are seeking a judicial review to right these wrongs. But holding the Government and NHS England to account is costly. We need to raise £150,000 to cover the cost of the proceedings. With the exception of the legal team, all of our campaign members are volunteers and all have contributed financially to the amount raised to date.
As the Government and NHS England have chosen not to uphold the law, to make the change needed it must be done through the courts.
There are multiple ways you can help.
